Alexander Technique
The Alexander Technique teaches us how to undo harmful muscular tension, helps us move with greater ease and brings about a more efficient use of the whole body.
Yoga | Vinyasa Flow
Lily’s class generates internal heat through vigorous posture flows, simultaneously allowing one to find length in the muscles and fascia of the body and openness in the energy pathways of the body. Designed to still the mind, open the heart and melt tension in the body. This class is open to dancers and non-dancers.

Improvisation/Contact Improvisation
Cindy Cummings will facilitate a workshop focusing on movement and sound improvisation in a group context. Based on her work with the performance/research project REBUS, she will be working with the idea of visual rhythms, constructing improvisational scores to experiment with how this idea manifests in the body.
